5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

kios77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers through BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and Bank Permata. 5.2 Deposit Processing

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. 8.4 Togel Rules

15.2 Involuntary Closure

kios77 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation.

15.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no activity (no login, deposit, or bet) for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts. Accounts dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed, with any remaining balance escheated in accordance with applicable law.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kios77 regarding your use of our services.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
